Renée Condon has been a realtor since 2002. In that time, she has quickly become a specialist in high end properties, both listing and selling luxury condominiums, and single and multi-family homes. She has earned the NJAR Platinum Circle of Excellence status for two years in a row (2006 & 2007), the highest level achievable. Renée’s many clients attest to her attention to every detail and nuance of their purchase or sale, evidenced by her repeat clients and steady stream of referrals. In addition, she is deeply entrenched in the Hoboken community, having lived there for 20 years, married with two children. Renee is also knowledgeable in the Ridgewood (Bergen County, NJ) area as well. Prior to her successful real estate career, Renée ran her own entertainment management company, managing the international careers of several successful bands and a commercial and video director. Her former career uniquely prepared her for real estate, in handling a myriad of personalities and complex negotiations.
